At Systainer USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your organization and storage solutions. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused Systainers or accessories in their original shipping box, ensuring all inserts and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
